EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> Task 5— Review Comments on IS and Prepare Final MND and MMRP <br /> The following work is an addition to the Task 5 scope of work in the original Agreement and Amendment <br /> No. 1: <br /> • Review the second comment letter submitted by Adams Broadweil Joseph and Cordozo; <br /> • Strategize with the City on the appropriate responses to the second comment letter submitted by <br /> Adams Broadwell Joseph and Cordozo; and <br /> • Attend a second Planning Commission hearing on January 31, 2012. <br /> Schedule and Cost Estimate <br /> ICF has completed the work identified above during the month of January 2012. No additional work is , <br /> proposed to be performed. <br /> A detailed breakdown of the cost estimate is presented in Table 1 below. The total Agreement amount <br /> with this Amendment No. 2 is $74,126. <br />
