F i RCSD Contract # Page 1 of 5 <br /> 201011 -727 <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> This agreement is made as of this day of June 9, 2010 by and between the Redwood City School <br /> District ( "RCSD ") and the City of Redwood City ( "CONTRACTOR ") to provide services. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. SERVICES <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide said services to the RCSD in accordance with the <br /> terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> A. Scope of Services <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide Supplemental extended day academic and <br /> enrichment services described in RCSD Extended Day Program & School Minimum <br /> ' Expectations in Attachment A and RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protocols in <br /> Attachment B at Fair Oaks, Garfield, John Gill, Hawes, Hoover, Selby Lane and Taft <br /> Schools. The RCSD will provide the necessary supports to the CONTRACTOR as <br /> described in Attachment A. The CONTRACTOR if applicable will refer 21 Century <br /> Community Learning Center families to existing literacy and related educational <br /> development services. <br /> B. Scope of Services <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to utilize the computer system (Cityspan) provided by the <br /> RCSD to enter daily attendance. Any technical difficulties associated with utilizing this <br /> system will be reported in a timely manner within 72 hours. <br /> 2. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS _ <br /> CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the <br /> performance on the agreement. <br /> 3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> CONTRACTOR shall 'not assign this agreement or any portion thereof to a third party <br /> without the prior written consent of RCSD. <br /> Initial / <br />
