Senior Civil Engineer Chang explained the various projects with a PowerPoint <br />presentation. He stated that there are two major projects coming up which are <br />the Downtown area improvements and the Ralston Interchange project. <br />Chang explained the GID 1 -64 topic. <br />City Manager Everett stated that the budget ordinance would be scheduled for <br />introduction at the August 11 Council meeting. <br />Vice Mayor Ira left the dais due to a conflict of interest with a client owning <br />property adjacent to the retail /cinema project area. <br />V. Review of Redevelopment Agency Budget for 2003 -2004 <br />Redevelopment Manager Moeller explained the Redevelopment Agency <br />budget as presented in the staff report. <br />Various questions were asked by Council Members. <br />MIS Howard /Howard to adjourn the Redevelopment Agency meeting.
