A. Bond Service Tax Rates — 2003 -2004 General Improvement (511) District 1 -64 Financial Services Accountant Greenhorn stated that, based on the accepted equalized assessment roll, the rate is 6.61 % lower for the reclamation bonds and 5.9% lower for the facility bonds due to an increase in the values of the property of the district. This tax rate will raise the amounts that are included in the 2002/04 budget in the amount of $2,020,000.00. MIS Ira /Ruskin to introduce the attached ordinance setting the tax rates for General Improvement District No. 1 -64 be introduced.
