An accessory dwelling is an attached or detached <br /> residential unit (secondary dwelling unit) on the same lot as a primary dwelling unit which <br /> provides complete, independent living facilities for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and <br /> sanitation provided that it complies with the requirements of Article 37. <br /> ��Accessory Use, Building, or Structure. A use, building, or structure subordinate <br /> to the principal use on the same building site and serving a purpose customarily incidental to <br /> the principal use or structure, such as garage and storage buildings. <br /> ��Administrative Office and Service Facility. An office or other structure or service <br /> facility for rendering management level administrative services for firms and institutions <br /> including, but not limited to, regional and headquarter management services. <br /> ��Agriculture.The term "agriculture" includes farming, dairying, pasturage, <br /> apiaries, horticulture, floriculture, viticulture, and animal and poultry husbandry. <br /> . <br /> Allev.
