A building or portion thereof designed or used exclusively for <br /> residential occupancy, including one (1)-family, two (2)-family, and multi-family dwellings, <br /> but not including hotels, motels, boarding houses, tents or trailers. <br /> . Dwelling, Single-Family. A building designed for, or used to house, not more <br /> than one (1) family, including all necessary employees of such family. <br /> ' �� � - Dwelling, Studio Apartment. A dwelling unit consisting of not more than one <br /> . <br /> (1) habitable room together with kitchen or kitchenette and sanitary facilities. <br /> . Dwelling, 2-Family or Duplex.
