7.A. - Page 15 <br /> D. Decorative Fence. Fence which has a distinctive style, trim, color, or design, <br /> which matches or to some degree complements the existing residence. It may <br /> be open or solid. A decorative fence shall have the following characteristics: <br /> 1. The fence is constructed of material which matches or complements <br /> the architecture of the residence and its surroundings. The materials <br /> may include but not be limited to, wrought iron, brick, wood, stone, or <br /> a combination thereof. <br /> 2. The fence is painted, stained, or is a natural color which is compatible <br /> to the residence. <br /> 3. The fence may have a distinctive cap, trim, or design which <br /> distinguishes it from the more typical wall board design. <br /> Financial Institutions and Related Services (land Use). Establishments that solicit. <br /> receive, or accept monev or its eauivalent on deposit and loan monev as a re�ular business. <br /> Tvpical examples include federal or state-re�ulated banks, savin�s and loan associations. <br /> savin�s banks, credit unions, and lendin�establishments, with automatic teller machines <br /> ATMs) as an accessorv use. Floor Area�Gross. <br /> A. For the purpose of determining floor area ratio, the floor area of a building or <br /> buildings shall be the sum of the gross horizontal areas of the several floors of <br /> such buildings measured from the exterior faces of exterior walls or from the <br /> centerlineof partywallsseparatingtwo buildingsand shall include: <br /> 1. Basement space if more than half of the basement story height is <br /> above grade, except when the computation of the floor area ratio is <br /> defined differently in a zoning district; <br /> 2. Elevator stairs and stairwells at each floor; <br /> 3. Floor space used for mechanical equipment where the structural <br /> headroom exceeds seven and one-half feet (7-%0) but not including <br /> equipment, open or enclosed, located on the roof, such as bulkheads, <br /> water tanks and cooling towers; <br />
