An establishment that provides�uest rooms or suites for a fee to transient�uests for sleepin� purposes. No provisions for cookin� are provided in the �uest rooms, with the possible exception of microwaves and refri�erators. Access to units is primarilv from interior lobbies, courts, or halls. Related accessorv uses mav include conference and meetin� rooms, restaurants, bars. and recreational facilities. C. Lon�-Term Hotel (Extended Stav). A lon�-term hotel facilitv offerin�transient lod�in� accommodations to the �eneral public, tar�eted to the business or leisure traveler who is plannin�to stav for an extended time. To constitute an extended stay hotel� each hotel room must contain kitchen facilities to include a ran�e cooktop, microwave or conventional oven, refri�erator, and sink. D. Motel. An establishment that provides �uest rooms for a fee to transient�uests for sleepin� purposes. Guest rooms do not contain kitchen facilities.
