Si�na�e or other means shall be used to direct persons toward <br /> that entrance. <br /> b. Pedestrian Entrance Freauencv. At street fronta�es. �round-related <br /> entrances shall occur at least once everv 100 feet, as measured alon�the <br /> front propertv line. Ground-related entrances include entrances to <br /> �round-floor uses, residential units, clusters of residential units, lobbies� <br /> or private courtvards. Retail-related uses shall have �round-related <br /> edestrian entrances that occur at least once everv 50 feet. <br />
