He said that the Board of Building Review recommends adoption of <br /> the ordinance and asked for Council approval of the proposed ordinance and resolution <br /> after the public hearing process. He also noted that they have a "companion" public <br /> hearing for the Fire Code and past practice has been to process them together. <br /> Mayor Ira opened the Public Hearing. There was no public comment. M/S Foust/Gee <br /> to close the Public Hearing. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> There was no Council discussion. M/S Foust/Aguirre to approve the ordinance and <br /> resolution. Motion carried 7-0 by electronic vote. <br /> B.
