6.1.B. - Page 27 <br /> 6. Electrical Panels: <br /> The electrical panels are old and not looking good. I was advised that there are major <br /> electrical circuit deficiencies.The last Preventative Maintenance service tag I could find <br /> was performed in 2000. NOTE: I am not qualified to inspect or determine the condition <br /> of electrical panels.This inspection should be performed by a qualified technician. At <br /> minimum, panel maintenance should be performed—clean, tighten and scan. Panel <br /> covers should also be checked for proper installation. <br /> 7. Exterior Trellis at South/West Corner of Facility: <br /> The trellis is in a state of failure and poses a safety threat if not repaired. If trellis is to be <br /> saved,the trees must be cut back first to assess damage. Seismic hardware,rotted <br /> framing member's replacement and paint would be required. Removal of trellis is <br /> another option. <br /> 8.
