In dispute over any aspect of this Agreement, the prevailing party <br /> shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs, up to a maximum of ten thousand dollars <br /> ($10,000). <br /> 16. Governin._� Law. This Agreement, regardless of where executed, shall be <br /> governed by and construed to the laws of the State of California. Venue for any action regarding this <br /> Agreement shall be in the Superior Court of the County of San Mateo. <br /> 17. Entire Agreement.
