ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 1 (DOWNTOWN <br />NEIGHBORHOOD), OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING <br />ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE PROPERTY AT THE KAISER <br />PERMANENTE DOWNTOWN MEDICAL CAMPUS FROM THE CENTRAL BUSINESS <br />AND COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ZONING DISTRICTS TO THE PLANNED <br />COMMUNITY ZONING DISTRICT <br /> <br />3.
