Consideration of Five-Year Implementation Plan 2005-2009 for the Redwood <br />City Redevelopment Project No.2. - Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agency Manager Susan Moeller introduced Debbie M. Kern of <br />Keyser Marsten, who used a Powerpoint presentation to review the proposed <br />implementation plan.
