The <br />Police Chief recommends that the remaining funds, $9, 537.00, be dedicated to <br />the purchase of law enforcement equipment. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion <br />of City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California <br />Cities Priority Focus Bulletin No. 47-2004 and 48-2004.
