<br />.8 ,B - (L <br /> <br />Because of your desire to challenge this interpretation of the policy, Jill and I suggested <br />that you submit an Architectural Permit application showing a proposed home on your <br />property, including a site plan, elevations, floor plan, topography map and other <br />information as needed. Planning staff would then deny the application outright because <br />it would not comply with the Laurel Way Development policy as it has been practiced <br />since 2000. You could then appeal this decision to the City Council to either get <br />reaffirmation of the policy or modify it accordingly. <br /> <br />I believe this summarizes our meeting.
