Adoption of a Resolution Confirming City Council Policy with respect to <br />development on Laurel Way <br /> <br />Staff contact: Jill Ekas, Senior Planner 780-7298 iekas@redwoodcitv.ora <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />That the Council adopt the attached resolution confirming their policy with <br />respect to the development of vacant sites on Laurel Way as follows: <br /> <br />1. Determine that the December 18, 2000 staff report and Exhibit A to <br />Resolution 14111 (a map) accurately represent the Council's policy with <br />respect to the location of the "EIR - No EIR Line;" <br /> <br />2. Adopt the attached Resolution which clearly states the policy as it is <br />presented in the December 18, 2000 staff report and Exhibit A in regards to <br />determining the location of the "EIR - No EIR Line." <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESTATING POLICY REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN <br />PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY ON LAUREL WAY IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 14111 <br /> <br />9. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion <br />of City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California <br />Cities Priority Focus Bulletin No. 6-2005 and No.7 -2005. Council may direct <br />staff to act on positions taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus available in City Clerk's Department). <br /> <br />10.
