The timeline for <br /> completion of these projects and programs is by June 30, 2006. <br /> Priority Strategy # 1: Expansion and Preservation of Affordable housing <br /> $100,000 CDBG <br /> $100,000 HOME <br /> Bradford Street Site Acquisition for Affordable Housing — Redevelopment Agency <br /> of the City of Redwood City, 1017 Middlefield Road. These funds witl be used to <br /> acquire a site for an affordable senior housing development with the possibility of a child <br /> care facility being part of the development. <br /> $200,000 CDBG <br /> Villa Montgomery Affordable Housing Development (formerly referred to as the EI <br /> Camino Vera Project) -- Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City � <br /> First Community Housing, 1017 Middlefield Road. These funds will be used to assist <br /> a non-profit developer to construct 58 affordable rental units. <br /> $30,000 CDBG <br /> Housing Accessibility Modification Program: Center for the Independence of the <br /> Disabled, 875 O'Neill Ave, Belmont. These funds will be used to provide citywide <br /> accessibility improvements to residences occupied by home owners and renters who <br /> are physically challenged, are elderly and fragile, or non elderly and have other <br /> disabilities. <br /> 2 `� <br />
