City witl evaluate Consultant's duties pursuant to this <br /> Agreement to determine whether disclosure under the Political Reform Act and City's . <br /> Conflict of Interest Code is required of Consultant or any of Consultant's employees, ' <br /> agents, or subcontractors. Should it be determined that disclosure is required, <br /> Consultant or ConsultanYs affected emplayees, agents, or subcontractors will complete <br /> . and file with the City Clerk those schedules specified by City and contained in the <br /> Statement of Economic Interests Form 700. <br /> Consultant, for Consultant and on b�half of Consultant's agents, employees, <br /> subcontractors and consultants w�rrants that by execution of this Agreement, that they <br /> have no interest, present or contemplated, in the projects affected by this Agreement. � <br /> Consultant further warrants that neither Consultant, nor Consultant's agents, <br /> employees, subcontractors and consultants have any ancillary real property, business <br /> interests or income that will be affect�d by this Agreement o�, altematively, that <br /> Consultant will file with the City an affidavii discic�sing this interest. <br /> 18. General Comaliance with Laws. Consul�ant will keep fully ir�foPmed of feder�o, <br /> state and local laws and ordinance� ar�d b�ec,���lati�an� v��hich in any `r��na�er aff�ct those <br /> employed by Consulfiant, or in any wa�r affect the p�rFormanc.� of �he Services by <br /> Consultant. Consultant will at all tim�:s obs�rve ancf comply �ith these laws, <br /> ordinances, and regulations and v�ill be r�,,��mr�sihle for th� corr�pliance of Consultant's <br /> Services with all applicable laws, ordinances a`1d regulations. <br /> 19.
