The Covello Group's hourly rates for profes�ianal services to be provided by the individual� contemplated to �ie engaged on this assignment are as follows: Joseph Covello, P.E. $205.00 per hour M Patrice Geist $135.00 per hour William Tanner $120.00 per hour r ��. Principals $165.00 per hour Administrative AssistanQs $ 75.00 per hour The scope of work: r " • Discuss the �roject status with Conshuction Manager (CM) and City engineering stafF. • Attend meetings with Project Team and Contractor, as requested • Review Project Baseline schedule and the limited number of updates provided by the Corrtrae:to� • Assist in creation and analysis of As-built schedule based upon documentation p�ovided by CM • Review and provide opinion of Time Impact Analyses (TIA) submitt�d by the Contractor • Prepare TIAs as requested by the City Attachment A p�ovides an estimate of the amount of time it is anti�ipated will be required to p�,rforrn the services discussed at our meeting on Monday April 18, 2005..This information is pr�vid�d for the purpose of establishing a budget #or The Covello Group's involvemerrt with the Project. The above rates are valid until December 31, 2005. The above rates include all nortn I direct c�� such as local San Francisco Bay Area travel (this inGudes Sacramento), telephone, fax, in-house reproductions, computer usage, etc. Extraordinary expenses such as travel outside of the Bay Ar�a (including lodging, airfa�, ground transportation, etc.), outside reproductions, delivery s�rwices, etc., are invoiced at cost. Professional subconsultants that are engaged by The Covello Gro�ap veill be invoiced at cost plus 10%. We also cr�arga one-way travel when our billings to a client are less than eight (8) hours in one day. It is our policy to limit our liability t� our fee.
