Authorizes the City Manager to execute all required documents for the <br /> submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development <br /> . RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMUNITY DEV�LOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> F�tOGRAM CONSOLIDATED PLAN (2005-2010) AND APPLICATION FOR <br /> FEDERAL ASSISTANCE (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND <br /> HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP FUNDS); CERTIFYING THAT THE CITY <br /> HAS FOLLOWED ITS ADOPTED CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND FILING OF ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING <br /> THERETO (FISCAL YEAR 2005-20Q6). <br /> 2.
