That certain Consolidated Plan and Application prepared for submission to <br /> the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Community <br /> Development Block Grant, pursuant to Title i of the Housing and Community <br /> Development Act of 1974, copies of which are on file in the office of the Community <br /> Development Services Department of the City of Redwood City, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. This Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has <br /> followed its adopted Citizen Participation Plan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. <br /> 3.
