EXHIBIT A <br /> A. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> 1. Definitions: <br /> A. Normal Business Hours: Defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 <br /> p.m. except the following currently recognized RWC holidays (calendar dates vary <br /> depending on the year): <br /> • New Year's Day <br /> • Martin Luther King, Jr. Day <br /> • Presidents Day <br /> • Memorial Day <br /> • 4th of July <br /> • Labor Day <br /> • Veterans Day <br /> • Thanksgiving Day <br /> • Thanksgiving Friday <br /> • Christmas Eve <br /> • Christmas Day <br /> • New Year's Eve <br /> Rates for hours worked by RWC during normal business hours will be at the current <br /> rate in which they are worked. <br /> B. Non - business hours: All hours worked outside of normal business hours. PORT <br /> requested work to be performed during non - business hours will be invoiced at a rate <br /> equal to one - and - one -half times the then current rate. Examples: A request from <br /> PORT for RWC to install new equipment during a weekend to minimize disruption <br /> during PORT normal business hours; an after -hours call to RWC to fix a downed <br /> server or Internet connection. <br /> C. Maintain and support: RWC will keep the type of equipment or specific named <br /> 6 <br />
