This produces the Billing <br />Rate that will be used by all City staff who spend time reviewing projects. <br />At the time of first adoption this calculation produced a Billing Rate of <br />$149.70 per hour. This amount will be adjusted at least annually during <br />the City Council review of the annual City budget. <br /> <br />"Conceptual Design Plan" A document or set of documents that will <br />include sufficient information for City staff to be able to determine the <br />general location of buildings, roads, -parking, open space areas, pedestrian <br />walkways and driveways.
