See Table 16 under the caption "ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL INFORMATION - <br />Enterprise Historical and Projected Operating Results below." <br /> <br />Water Rate Increases <br /> <br />Historical Rates Increases. The City's most recent rate increase was on August 1, <br />2004. The City's practice since 1993 has been to adjust rates and service charges annually, at <br />the beginning of the City's fiscal year - and based on changes in the wholesale rates paid under <br />the Master Water Sale Contract as well as approved Enterprise budgets.
