Ms. Freeman has served as Financial <br />Services Manager for the City since 2000. From 1991 to 2000 she was the Assistant Finance <br />Director for the City of South San Francisco. Prior to that, Ms. Freeman served in various <br />positions with other governmental agencies in California.
