C <br /> <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on August <br />11,2003 <br /> <br />Present: Directors Hartnett, Howard, Jordan, Pierce, Vice Chair Ira and Chair person <br />Claire <br /> <br />Absent: Directors Ruskin <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />M/S Hartnett/Howard Approve amendment to Contract for Urban Planning and <br />Urban Design Assistance with Freedman, Tung & Bottomley to incorporate <br />design of Theater Way and other areas of Streetscape adjacent to the <br />Retail/Cinema Project and for continuing design review of downtown projects; <br />and authorize appropriation of $100,000 from the Redevelopment Agency's <br />unappropriated fund balance. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Agency Member Ruskin <br />absent, and Vice Chair Ira abstaining, due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Patricia Howe <br />Redevelopment Agency Secretary <br /> <br /> <br />
