Do not proceed with a proposed increase in the TOT. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The outcome of the election will impact on the City's ability to provide essential services in the <br />future. The FY 2011 -12 budget projects TOT revenue in the General Fund at $3,000,000. <br />Based on this revenue level, a 2% increase - -to 12 %- -would raise approximately an additional <br />$600,000 annually.
