Subject to Voter Approval, Amend Section 32.76 of the Municipal Code <br />Increasing Transient Occupancy Tax from 10% to 12% <br />Staff contact: Pamela Thompson, City Attorney 780 -7205 pthompson(cDredwoodcity.org <br />Adopt Resolution Submitting to the Voters At The November 8, 2011 <br />General Election A Ballot Measure Increasing the Transient <br />Occupancy Tax; <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />SUBMITTING TO THE VOTERS AT THE NOVEMBER 8, 2011 GENERAL <br />ELECTION A BALLOT MEASURE INCREASING THE TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY <br />TAX <br />2. By motion, authorize the Mayor and Vice Mayor to select such persons <br />as necessary to sign the ballot arguments in favor of the proposed <br />ordinance amending the Transient Occupancy Tax <br />D.
