Based on the finding herein, staff recommends that the City Council not <br /> initiate a General Plan Amendment from the existing General Plan Land Use <br /> Designation of "Commercial-Office Park" to "Heavy Commercial-Mixed Use" <br /> for property located at 333 Main Street; and <br /> 2. Based on the findings herein, staff recommends that the City Council not <br /> initiate a Zoning Map Amendment from the existing "Industrial Park" (IP) <br /> Zoning District to the "General Commercial- Combined Residential" (CG-R) <br /> Zoning District for property located at 333 Main Street. <br />7. PUBLIC HEARINGS: <br /> A. Redwood Shores Lagoon Bank Policy and Construction Guidelines <br /> Staff contact: Blake Lyon, Associate Planner 780-5934 blyon@redwoodcity.org <br /> 1) Staff Report; <br /> 2} Open public hearing; <br /> 3) Hear public comment; <br /> 4) Close public hearing; <br /> 5) Council discussion; <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Staff recommends the adoption of the Redwood Shores Lagoon Bank Policy & <br /> Construction Guidelines as recommended by the Planning Commission at their <br /> June 21, 2005 and September 20, 2005 meetings. Furthermore, staff <br /> recommends the removal and/or modification of existing improvements that have <br /> been classified with "Level 3" significance.
