Parking F acUity <br /> Dear Mr. Patterson: <br /> I am pleased to advise the City and Agency the Public Parking Facility as described in <br /> the referenced Agreement is substantially complete. <br /> A list of those Items which are incomplete is enclosed. In order to facilitate the <br /> acceptance of the work, we are suggesting a $250,000 withhold be established in order <br /> to ensure final completion of the listed incomplete items.
