The area exemplifies and reflects special elements of the City's cultural, <br /> aesthetic and architectural history; and <br /> B. The area is identified with persons and events significant in local, State <br /> and National History; and <br /> C. The area embodies distinctive characteristics of a style, type, period and <br /> method of construction and is a valuable example of the use of indigenous <br /> materials and craftsmanship. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCil OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY AS FOllOWS: <br /> 1.
