The property owner, prospective property owner, and any interested party ("owner") hereby <br />acknowledge that the waterfront improvements described herein have been established within <br />the City's easement (in, on, or over the lagoon bank). The improvements have been <br />constructed in a location and/or in a manner that conflicts with the City's Redwood Shores <br />Lagoon Bank Policy & Construction Guidelines. As such these improvements are a known <br />condition; therefore, the City will not be obligated to support or approve any future requests for <br />modification, alteration, increase or enlargement unless or until the improvement complies with <br /> Page 100 <br /> -- <br />
