<br /> ~ 5.1E <br /> Page 17 <br /> AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT FOR TEMPORARY LABOR <br /> Bay Span, Inc. <br /> This Amendment NO.1 is entered into and effective as of the _ day of <br /> , 2005, amending the agreement dated April 29, 2005 (the <br /> "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation ("City"), and Bay Span, Inc. '("Supplier") (collectively, the "Parties") for <br /> Temporary Labor Service& <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The Parties desire to alter the Agreement's scope of work to amend the date <br /> from June 30, 2005 through December 31, 2005; and increase the scope of the contract <br /> from $60,000 to $190,000 at the existing fee schedule. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> . 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br /> been amended from time to time, Supplier will provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> 2. City will pay Supplier for all those services described in Exhibit "A" in the <br /> not to exceed amount of One Hundred Ninety Thousand dollars ($190,000.00). Supplier <br /> will provide City, on a weekly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include <br /> hours performed and hourly rates for approval by City. <br /> 3. Supplier will provide all services described in Exhibit "A" by December 31, <br /> 2005. <br /> 4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 5. All requisite insurance pollcies to be maintained by Supplier pursuant to <br /> the Agreement, as may haye been amended from time to time, will include coverage for <br /> this Amendment. <br /> 6.
