We would like the officers to arrive at Sequoia High School (where the ride starts and finishes), at 8;00 AM to check in with Dave Rhody at the Start Line, and he can give them last minute information. . posting of "No Parking" *signs on both sides of Brewster from Duane to Alameda De Las Pulgas -- and on Alameda de las Pulgas (both sides of road) to the city limits. *signs indicate No Parking - Sunday, August 6, 2006 from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM . Resolution from the City Council approving the prohosed course route, etc. Attached, please find the letter of intent containing t e items listed in order to receive the resolution. I've enclosed the following items: . Copy of neighborhood notification postcard and listing of addresses that will be mailed to (this will go into the mail the week of June 12th) . Copy of letters to notify churches along the route . Packet of maps with details on set-up, etc. Weare requesting Certificates of Insurance that we need and I will forward yours to you as soon as I receive them. For Redwood City I will use the wording indicated in the permit procedures given to me last year. Please let me know if I need to provide anything further. Thank you.
