The properties along Lincoln Avenue are zoned "R-4-- <br /> Multi Family Medium Density Residential" with a General Plan designation of "Residential - <br /> Moderate and Highrise Structures". - <br /> Pg. 5: City Planning Policies and Goals <br /> There have been numerous discussions and studies over recent years regarding EI Camino Real. <br /> Approximately ten years ago, most properties along ECR were rezoned to allow mixed uses <br /> (residential and commercial). In 1994, the City approved an Area Plan for the Franklin Street <br /> area (bounded by Jefferson Avenue, Aqai� Maqle Street, EI Camino Real, and the railroad tracks) <br /> that sought to promote residential uses along ECR. <br /> Pg. 8: Design Principle G <br /> G.
