Find hat the rezoning of the subject parcels (1540 EI Camino <br /> Real) fr m��CG" (General Commercial) and (124 -136 Lincoln <br /> Avenue) ��R-4" (Multi-Family Medium Density Residential) to ��P" <br /> (Planned Community) District is in the public interest and <br /> introduc an Ordinance for said rezonings. <br />
