Adopt a Resolution aporoving the attached StatemeRt of Overrridin� � <br /> Considerations and approving the accompanying Mitigation Monitoring <br /> Program. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> MAKING CERTAIN FiNDINGS CONCERN�NG MITIGATION MEASURES, <br /> ADOPTING A MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM, <br /> MAKING FINDINGS CONCERNING ALTERNATIVES, AND ADOPTING A <br /> STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br /> THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT FOR MARINA SHORES <br /> VILLAGE <br /> 2. Adopt a Resolution amending the General Pian land use designation of the <br /> Peninsula Marina and adjacent Bair Island Road from "Commercial/Office - <br /> Office Park Oriented Uses" to "Commercial/Office - Mixed uses <br /> (Commercial and Residential)", and amending the text to permit increases <br /> in net density based on the density provisions of a Precise Plan. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> - AMENDING THE STRATEGIC GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT THE PENINSULA MARINA, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS <br /> RESOLUTION, FROM COMMERCIAUOFFICE - OFFICE PARK ORIENTED USE <br /> TO MIXED USE (COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL); TO AMEND THE <br /> GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT BAIR ISLAND <br /> ROAD SITE, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS RESOLUTION, FROM <br /> COMMERCIAUOFFICE - OFFICE PARK ORIENTED USE TO MIXED USE <br /> (COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL); AND TO PERMIT INCREASES IN NET <br /> SITE DENSITY BASED ON THE DENSITY PROVISIONS OF A PARTICULAR <br /> PRECISE PLAN <br /> 3.
