Attachment 4 � � `4� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AMENDING THE STRATEGIC GENtRAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY TO AMEND THE GENER�L PLAN DESIGNATION OF <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE PENINSULA MARINA, AS FURTHER <br /> DESCRIBED IN THIS RESOLUTION, FROM COMMERCIAUOFFICE — <br /> OFFICE PARK ORIENTED USE TO MIXED USE (COMMERCIAL AND <br /> RESIDENTIAL); TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATION OF <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED AT BAIR ISLAND ROAD SITE, AS FURTHER <br /> DESCRIBED IN THIS RESOLUTION, FROM COMMERCIAUOFFICE — <br /> OFFICE PARK ORIENTED USE TO MIXED USE (COMMERCIAL AND <br /> RESIDENTIAL); AND TO PERMIT INCREASES IN NET SITE DENSITY <br /> BASED ON THE DENSITY PROVISIONS OF A PARTICULAR PRECISE <br /> PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on April 20, 2004, the Planning <br /> Commission of the City of Redwood City (the "Commission") recommended to the City <br /> Council, an amendment of the Strategic General Plan of the City of Redwood City (the <br /> "General Plan") to amend the General Plan designation of property located at the <br /> Peninsula Marina, as further described in this resolution, from commerciai/office - office <br /> park oriented use to mixed use (commercial and residentiai); and <br /> WHEREAS, at the same public hearing, the Commission recommended to the <br /> City Council, an amendment of the Generai Pian to amend the General Plan <br /> designation of property at Bair Island Road, as further described in this resolution, from <br /> commercial/office — office park oriented use to mixed use (commercial and residential); <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, at the same public hearing, the Commission recommended to the <br /> City Council, an amendment of the General Plan to permit increases in net site density <br /> based on the density provisions of a particular precise plan; and <br /> Atty/ResolReso.1453 <br /> � 051904/DB/cls <br />
