The Agency may impose reasonable conditions on such access. <br /> The Developer shall indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from any <br /> — injury, property damage or liability arising out of the exercise by <br /> the Developer of this right of access, other than injury, property <br /> damage or liability relating to the negligence of the Agency or its <br /> officers, agents or employees. <br /> 7 <br />
