[ _-_ <br /> 8��-lq <br /> 33.23 Compliance with Building and Fire Requirements. <br /> _ In addition to the requirements spec�ed in this article, any change in use, <br /> repair, alteration, expansion, enlargement, or reconstruction of a nonconforming <br /> use or a nonconforming structure shall r.omply with any aaplicable regulations of <br /> the Building Department and the Fire Department. <br /> 33.24 Not Applicable to Signs. <br /> The provisions of this Article do not apply to signs. Signs are regulated by <br /> Chapter 3 of the City of Redwood City's Municipal Code. <br /> Section 19. That a new Section 36.3, subsection D, of Article 36 (Streetscape <br /> Provisions), of the Redwood City Zoning Code be added to read as follows: <br /> "D. Fences and walls exceeding six (6) feet in height require a Building <br /> Permit.
