�.c-� <br /> Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident and <br /> $2,000,000 aggregate for bodily injury <br /> and property damage (coverage <br /> require�l to the extent applicabie to <br /> Consulk�nYs vehicle usage in <br /> � performin�� senrices hereunder). <br /> Professional Liability $1,000,000 per claim and aggregate. <br /> Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Consultant shall fumish City <br /> and Agency with certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the <br /> Insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of commercial general <br /> liability and automobile liability insurance coverage, original endorsements: <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the expiration of <br /> thirty (30) days after City and Agency shall have received written <br /> notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br /> (b) Providing that ConsuftanYs insurance shall apply separately to each <br /> insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect <br /> to the iimits of the insurer's liability (cross liabiliry endorsement); <br /> (c) Naming City of Redwood City, Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, <br /> their councils, boards, officers, commissions, employees, and agents, as <br /> additional insureds; and <br /> (d) Providing that ConsultanYs insurance coverage shall be primary <br /> insurance with respect to City, Agency, their councils, boards, officers, <br /> commissions, employees, and agents, and any insurance or self- <br /> insurance maintained by City, Agency, and their council, boards, officers, <br /> commissions, employees, or agents shall be in excess of ConsultanYs <br /> insurance and not contributory with it. <br /> 12. Business License. Consultant will obtain and maintain a City of Redwood City <br /> Business License for the term of the Agreement, as may be amended from time-to-time. <br /> 13. Maintenance of Records. Consultant will maintain complete and accurate <br /> records with respect to costs incurred under this Agreement. All records wiil be cleariy <br /> identifiable. By previous appointment, Consultant will allow a representative of <br /> City/Agency during normal business hours to examine, audit, and make transcripts or <br /> copies of records and any other documents created pursuant to this Agreement. <br /> Consultant will allow inspection of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and activities <br /> related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment <br /> under this Agreement <br /> FTB Master Agr 4 <br /> 040704 <br />
