ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR — CiTY COUNCIL AND <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> This agenda item affnrds members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Councii/Redevelo?ment Agency on any subject relating to the City <br /> Council/Redevelopmen: Agency which is not on the agenda or any item within the <br /> Consent Calendar.
