Optional Items — to be provided at the City's Option <br /> i. Rendering: The Consultant shall provide a color rendering <br /> `" of the 3-dimensional building, identifying materials, colors, <br /> and landscape surrounding the building. <br /> ii. Audio Visual Design: The Consultant will provide design of <br /> audiovisual projection, technology and paging systems for <br /> the library in the various meeting rooms and technolo <br /> 9Y <br /> rooms. The City shall provide this service if it does not <br /> authorize the Consultant for this service. <br /> iii. Library Consultant: consultant shall coordinate with the <br /> Library Consultant for review of the Program, Schematic and <br /> Design Development milestones. <br /> iv. Signage Consultant Services - consultant shall coordinate <br /> with the Signage Consultant for review of the Program, <br /> Schemati, and Design Developmsnt milestones. <br /> 3. Compensation: An allowance for attending meetings and/or site visits <br /> during construction shall be set aside and invoice on a monthly basis. A <br /> fixed fee for other services as described in paragraph 2 above, shall be <br /> awarded based on the progress of construction. <br /> � <br /> -14 <br />
