BASIC COMPENSAl ION - ' � <br /> Compensation for the scope of services contained in Exhibit "A" — Statement of <br /> Consultant Services shall not exceed $1,218,352.00, as noted on the attached Exhibit <br /> "D-1" detail fee breakdown. <br /> The services to be included as part of the contract as "Basic Services" shall consist of <br /> ' architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design. For the purpose <br /> of progress payments, basic compensation shall be based on the work complete by <br /> phase, as noted in the attached detailed fee breakdown. <br /> B. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> Reimbursable expenses shall be those costs incurred on or directly for the project. <br /> Reimbursable expenses shall include necessary mileage in excess of 30 miles from <br /> Redwood City at the curcent IRS approved rate for mileage, telephone, copying, <br /> printing, postage and shipping charges. <br /> ti <br /> �... <br />
