<br /> l1 . A - 2.:2- <br /> v. GOVERNING BOARD/ORGANIZA TIONAL STRUCTURE <br /> The Transportation Expenditure Plan recommends: <br /> A. That the voters authorize the Transportation Authority to continue <br /> admi listering the funds. The make up of the Transportation Authority <br /> shall continue to be as follows: <br /> Two members of the County Board of Supervisors. <br /> Four representatives selected by the City Selection Committee (one <br /> representative from each Judicial Division and one at-large representative). <br /> One member of SamTrans (elected city official) selected by SamTrans prior <br /> to City Selection Committee selections. <br /> All representatives shall be elected officials. <br /> B. That the 7ransportation Authority be authorized to continue to contract its <br /> administrative duties to SamTrans or to the County, MTC, or other <br /> qualified agency. <br /> C. That the Citizens Advisory Committee shall continue to advise the <br /> Transportation Authority on the administration of the Transportation <br /> Expenditure Plan. The membership of this committee will reflect a broad <br /> spectrum of interests and geographic areas of the County. <br /> 17 <br />
