This project will overlay Jefferson Avenue from Franklin Street to Farm <br /> Hill Boulevard, and Farm Hill Boulevard from Jefferson Avenue to the City Limit at <br /> Woodhill Drive, and a few residential streets. <br />~ <br /> At the bid opening held on April 28, 2004, eight (8) bids were received, which are <br /> summarized below: <br /> Rank Contractor Amount <br /> <br /> 1.
