ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br />This agenda item affords members of tl-¡e public the opportunity to directly address the <br />City Council/Redevelopment Agency on any subject relating to the City Council/ which is <br />not on the agenda or any item within the Consent Calendar. If the subiect vou wish to <br />address is not on the aaenda, please understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetina Law) <br />precludes the Council from takina any action at this time. All items within the Consent <br />Calendar are considered to be routine and the City Council will waive the reading of the <br />Consent Calendar (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and <br />ordinances, and approve other items by one motion and one vote.
