I ,. - <br /> <br /> (0.2 C - 3 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> "'- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MI;MORANDUM OF <br /> UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND - <br /> ~-tVICE EMPLOYEES' INTERNATIONAL UNION LOCAL 715 FOR <br /> T PERIOD OF FEBRUARY 1, 2004 THROUGH JANUARY 31, 2008; <br /> AND AMENDING THE SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br /> CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY SEIU; AND RESCINDING <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 14168 AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS <br /> PERTAINING THERETO <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That the Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and the Service Employees International Union Local 715 (SEIU), for the <br /> period February 1, 2004 to January 31, 2008, a copy of which is on file in the office of <br /> ',-- the City Clerk, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> execute same. <br /> 2.
