�. c -� <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27.100 OF THE CODE OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO SANITARY <br /> SEWERAGE SERVICE CHARGES <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 27.100 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is <br /> hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> "Section 27.100. SERVICE CHARGES: <br /> A. Established: The following charges are hereby established and <br /> levied upon each premises or any portion thereof which receives or uses <br /> sewerage service from the sewerage facilities: <br /> 1. Residential: All residential units including single-family, duplexes, <br /> multi-family dwellings or structures, and similar classes of uses: <br /> Monthly rate, effective September 9, 2004: Twenty-Three Dollars <br /> and Ninety-Two Cents ($23.92) per dwelling unit. <br /> 2. Retail, Commercial: Business establishments including, but not <br /> limited to, office buildings, warehouses, filling stations, retail stores, <br /> motels, mortuaries, fast-food establishments without on-site food <br /> preparation, markets without garbage grinders, and all other similar <br /> classes of use not hereinafter expressly described: <br /> Minimum monthly rate, effective September 9, 2004: Twenty-Three <br /> Dollars and Ninety-Two Cents ($23.92), plus an additional monthly <br /> charge of Two Dollars and Eighteen Cents ($2.18) per one hundred <br /> (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited <br /> into the sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic <br /> feet. <br /> 3. Restaurants: Food establishments where food is prepared and <br /> served on the premises and other similar classes of use: <br /> Minimum monthly rate, effective September 9, 2004: Twenty-Three <br /> Dollars and Ninety-Two Cents ($23.92), plus an additional monthly <br /> charge of Three Dollars and Sixty-Four Cents ($3.64) per one <br /> hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater discharged or <br /> Atty/Ord/Ord.220 � <br /> 071404 <br />
